March 2009, my husband had open heart surgery through the Denver VA Medical center. Numerous medical errors were done, and before they copleted the necessary medical procedures he was thrown out of the VA, with no explanation. This created us to try and work with the bank to modify the mortgage. The mortgage bank created one huge dilema, however we still own our home and making the payments. I have tried to refinance our home and am told that it would cost me more than the property is worth, to refinance. The medical bills are why we wanted to refinance and take some of our equity out. What kind of bull is this?A market (analisis ?) states we have at least $40k in equity.
